As most of you know, we do things a little differently at our house for Thanksgiving. For the last two...or three?...years we've made Asian food. It's delicious and I'm hoping we continue our new tradition. Dang it! Now I'm craving lumpia. Hmmm.....lumpia.

The thing is, Bobby's work sends home a turkey for Thanksgiving. So we've had a turkey in the freezer for a freakin' long time. Well, I roasted his little hiney tonight, and ended up with a lot of turkey meat. I'm looking for recipes. If you have a kick ass recipe using turkey meat, please send it my way.

  1. Divine Chicken (or Turkey)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup; mixed with...
    8 oz sour cream and
3-4 cooked chicken breasts (or about 2-3 cups of turkey)

    Pour in a 8x11 pan.

    Top with...
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers poured over with...
    1 stick of melted butter

    Cook at 350* until bubbly.

    It's Lou's favorite meal. :o)
